'mmMad.ie' is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

We will never share your information with anyone.

Returns:

Everything we sell comes with a money back guarantee. We want you to be happy. If you're not, then we'll refund you. It's just that simple. Here are the terms of our refund policy:

If something you order does not meet your expectations you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. Returned products must be shipped (postmarked) within the specified time frame from the date on the receipt. If more than 30 days has passed your order is no longer eligible for a refund. We can't make exceptions to this policy.

In order to be refunded you must mail the items back to us. If you do not mail the items you want refunded back you will not be refunded. We do not allow exchanges.

We expect that one dose of a product should be enough for you to judge if the item is right for you. Therefore, we expect that the entire product be returned to us minus one dose. In this case we reserve the right not to refund you. You should not keep consuming a product you intend on returning. This policy is unfortunately necessary due to past abuse of our refund policy. We're giving you all of your money back minus shipping and handling. We expect to get most of our product back.

Items on 'Special' or discounted items are not eligible for refund.

You will be refunded in the same manner you paid. If you paid by Pay Pal your money will be refunded to your Pay Pal account. If you paid by credit card your credit card will be refunded. Under no circumstances will we ever mail a check for a refund.

The address on your original shipment is not the same address where refunds should be mailed. Please E-mail for the correct return address. Refunds mailed to the other address might not be honored. If these refund are accepted we will deduct the mail-forwarding fee we had to pay to receive your package from your refund.

Under no circumstances will we ever issue a 'consolation prize' for an unsatisfactory purchase. Unfortunately some customers have actually suggested that they should receive free samples of products that they liked to make up for the ones that they didn't like. Your recourse for an unsatisfactory purchase is to send it back to us for a refund. If you chose to finish off a product you didn't like, or give it to a friend, or toss it into the trash, then you have no recourse.
